To answer your requests and manage pre-contractual and contractual relations (Art. 6.1.b GDPR), and to meet legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering rules that apply to real estate agents (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Retention
Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if an engagement follows, for the periods required by law.
Sharing
Data is never published. Where needed for a transaction it may be shared with Antoitalia Networking S.r.l. and professionals involved, and with our website and email providers. If you use WhatsApp, the WhatsApp/Meta privacy policy also applies.
Cookies
This website uses no profiling cookies or advertising trackers. Fonts are hosted on our own server. Any technical cookies needed for the site to work do not require consent.
